An answer can sound reasonable while leaving a detail that a follow-up question could expose.

Question

How will you cover your tuition and living expenses?

Applicant’s answer

“My father is sponsoring me. He runs an established business, and he can afford my tuition and living expenses. We also have savings set aside for my studies.”

Answer review

You’ve explained who will pay—but not how the costs are covered.

Your answer identifies your sponsor and mentions savings, but doesn’t explain the amount available or how it compares with your study costs.

Next practice step: Be ready to explain your actual tuition and living costs, the funds available, and where those funds come from.

Question

Why did you choose this university?

Applicant’s answer

“It has a strong reputation for computer science, the course matches my interests, and I think the international exposure will help my career.”

Answer review

Your reasons could describe many universities.

The answer explains your general interest, but doesn’t identify what makes this particular course suitable for your plans.

Next practice step: Choose specific features you genuinely researched—such as relevant modules, a project or the course structure—and explain how they connect to your background and goals.

Question

What will you do after graduation?

Applicant’s answer

“I plan to return to Pakistan and work in the technology industry. There are good opportunities here, and my family is also based here.”

Answer review

Your direction is clear. Make the career connection more specific.

You’ve stated your plan, but haven’t explained which type of work you intend to pursue or how this degree supports it.

Next practice step: Explain your genuine intended role or field and how the skills from the course fit that plan. Don’t invent job offers or commitments.

  • “My form said my father would pay, but during practice I kept mentioning my uncle. The AI noticed the difference and asked me to explain who was actually funding me. I corrected my documents and prepared one clear, truthful answer.”

    Ayesha · Pakistan

    US F-1 student visa

  • “I had the university admission letter, but I was not ready to explain where I would live or how far it was from campus. The AI asked about the address, rent and travel. That helped me prepare the missing details.”

    Aditya · India

    Italy student visa

  • “I knew my job well, but I started stuttering when I had to explain it simply. The interviewer made me practice my duties, employer and work location several times. My answer became shorter and easier to understand.”

    Farhan · Bangladesh

    US H-1B work visa

  • “My weakest part was accommodation. I knew the residence name but not the monthly cost, booking period or distance from my university. The AI kept asking until I knew what information I still needed.”

    Zoya · Pakistan

    France student visa

  • “I kept saying I chose the university because it was ‘very good.’ The interviewer asked about the course, subjects and my future plan. It helped me give a real answer instead of a general one.”

    Arjun · India

    US F-1 student visa

  • “I used technical words when explaining my job and then lost my point. The feedback helped me describe my role, experience and main duties in simple language without speaking for too long.”

    Mahmud · Bangladesh

    Germany work visa

  • “I said I would stay for three weeks, but my travel plan showed twelve days. The AI caught it immediately. I checked my dates and learnt to explain the final plan without confusing myself.”

    Bilal · Pakistan

    US B1/B2 visitor visa

  • “I knew the course title but not the main modules. I also could not explain why I chose this university over the others. The AI asked the same issue in different ways until my answer became clear and personal.”

    Rafiya · Bangladesh

    UK student visa

  • “I was very nervous and spoke too fast in my first practice. After repeating the interview, I was calmer and my answers became much clearer. The final practice felt completely different from the first one.”

    Tanvir · Bangladesh

    US F-1 student visa

  • “I could name my employer but could not explain the contract, salary and daily work clearly. The practice questions helped me understand the important parts of my own job offer before the interview.”

    Imran · Pakistan

    Italy work visa

  • “The practice felt serious, which was exactly what I needed. I stopped giving rushed answers and became more comfortable speaking to someone who did not already know my background.”

    Neha · India

    US L-1 work visa

  • “I had not calculated my full trip budget. When the interviewer asked about flights, hotels and daily expenses, I only knew the total in my bank account. The practice helped me prepare a realistic breakdown.”

    Mehedi · Bangladesh

    France visitor visa

  • “I had a two-year study gap and was trying to avoid the question. The practice interview kept asking what I did during that time. It helped me prepare an honest timeline with my work and course details.”

    Sana · Pakistan

    US F-1 student visa

  • “My answer to ‘Why Germany?’ sounded copied from the internet. The interviewer asked how the course subjects matched my previous degree and career plan. That helped me make the answer specific to me.”

    Sneha · India

    Germany student visa

  • “I had prepared answers in my head, but saying them out loud was much harder. The repeated interviews helped me stop freezing and answer in a normal, direct way.”

    Nusrat · Bangladesh

    US B1/B2 visitor visa

  • “I understood our case, but I was weak on the financial and accommodation questions. The practice made me check the income amount, home details and supporting documents instead of giving rough answers.”

    Faisal · Pakistan

    UK spouse visa

  • “My answer about coming back home sounded uncertain. The report showed that I was speaking about jobs in America instead of my actual career plan in India. I rewrote the answer around my real long-term plan.”

    Rohan · India

    US F-1 student visa

  • “I gave different answers about my husband’s address because I was mixing his old and new home. The report pointed out the mismatch. I checked the accommodation documents and learnt the correct address.”

    Sadia · Bangladesh

    Italy family reunification visa

  • “I mixed up the dates of our first meeting, engagement and marriage. The AI kept asking about the timeline until I saw where I was getting confused. I reviewed the dates with my documents and prepared a clear sequence.”

    Hamza · Pakistan

    US spouse immigrant visa

  • “I kept describing the company but was not answering why I personally needed to travel. The report showed that I was missing the main point. I prepared a clear answer about the meetings, invitation and travel dates.”

    Hira · Pakistan

    France business visa

  • “I said I was paying for the trip myself, but my bank documents included money recently sent by my brother. The questions showed me that I needed to understand my own funds and explain the transfer properly.”

    Priya · India

    US B1/B2 visitor visa

  • “I was unsure about my spouse’s employer, work start date and our accommodation size. These sounded like small details, but I kept mixing them up. The practice showed me what I needed to confirm before the interview.”

    Pooja · India

    Germany family reunification visa

  • “I liked that every practice was not exactly the same. The follow-up questions made me listen carefully instead of repeating memorised lines. I felt much more ready after the later sessions.”

    Vikram · India

    US H-4 dependent visa

  • “The biggest change was my confidence. I stopped trying to memorise full paragraphs and started answering the question that was actually asked. It made me sound much more natural.”

    Ishita · India

    UK Standard Visitor visa

  • “I knew my mother was sponsoring me, but I could not explain her income or the source of the funds. The interview showed me exactly what I did not know. I reviewed the financial papers and prepared the correct figures.”

    Mahnoor · Pakistan

    Italy student visa

  • “At first my confidence was very low and I sounded unsure even when my answer was correct. Repeating the interviews helped me speak slowly and stop changing my answer halfway through.”

    Rahul · India

    France student visa

  • “I had opened my blocked account but did not know the exact amount or monthly access. The financial questions exposed that gap immediately. I checked the documents and stopped guessing the numbers.”

    Usman · Pakistan

    Germany student visa

  • “I was scared of the interview and kept overthinking every answer. Practicing in a realistic setting helped me relax, listen to the full question and speak more naturally.”

    Kavya · India

    Italy visitor visa

  • “I found the interview much more useful than practicing with relatives. My family already knew everything, but the AI made me explain it from the beginning. That showed me which parts were not clear.”

    Ananya · India

    France family visa

  • “I was confused about the difference between my job title, occupation code and daily duties. The mock interviewer helped me explain the role using the same correct information shown in my work documents.”

    Ali · Pakistan

One document check reviews your submitted document bundle together. Each PDF does not use a separate check.

Application Check limits: up to 10 files and 30 pages total; 10 MiB per file and 20 MiB per bundle.

What does one document Check include?

One Check reviews the selected bundle, not one credit per PDF. The current Application Check limits are 10 files, 30 pages total, 10 MB per file and 20 MB per bundle, up to 10 OCR pages and 100,000 extracted text characters. Readable applicant evidence and the required route facts are needed; an empty or unreadable bundle cannot start a Check.

When is a check credit used?

Uploading is separate from running a Check. A credit is reserved when the Check starts and consumed when a report is durably saved. A terminal processing failure before that point releases the reservation. If processing pauses, resume from history; do not start another Check while the original is pending.

What if I revise my documents?

Reviewing a revised selected bundle is a new Check and uses another allowance. Reopening a saved report does not run a new Check. The paid package includes ten checks; the free allowance is one Check once.

Does the 90-day package keep my documents for 90 days?

Package validity and document retention are separate. The package allowance expires 90 days from purchase. Reusable Application Check files have their own 90-day access period from upload. Scheduled cleanup removes expired files, extraction caches and associated report evidence, with an operational target of 24 hours after expiry. Accepted profile values remain editable. Legacy Document Check uploads follow different deletion rules; see Privacy.

Need more practice? The package can be purchased again when purchasing is available. Six interviews total—not six of each mode.

Document checks find missing or different details. They do not certify documents. Final currency and total are shown at checkout. Read the terms.

Before you begin

A few things to know.

Will Visa Prepper help me get my visa?

We help you prepare for the interview and find what to improve. The visa authority makes the decision. We do not guarantee approval.

Can I start before paying for interviews?

Yes. Start with one free document check, a personalised checklist and free preparation guides. You can also view a sample report on this website. Choose the $44 video interview package only when you want more practice; video interviews are not included in the free option.

What if my first practice interview goes badly?

Your first practice shows you what needs work. You receive a report with feedback on your answer clarity and consistency, plus personalised tips. Use your remaining interviews to work on those areas. The configured paid package includes six interviews total; purchasing is not available yet. Your first attempt does not have to be perfect. A practice score is not a visa decision.

Are AI video interviews free?

No. Free access includes one document check, a personalised document checklist and preparation guides. Complete AI video interviews are included in the $44 package.

What do I get for $44?

Six complete AI video interviews, ten document checks, personalised practice tips, and results showing answer clarity and consistency problems. You have 90 days from purchase to use the package.

Does the AI use my documents?

Yes. It can ask questions based on the information you provide. It can point out answers that may not match.

What happens after six interviews?

You can buy the same package again. There is no monthly subscription. Earlier purchases keep their original terms.

Which destinations and languages are supported?

Supported routes include the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany and Schengen. U.S. interviews support English, Urdu and Hindi; international interviews are in English. International preparation questions are available in English and Urdu. Current route access is shown in the app. Interview purchasing is not available yet. Bengali and support for applicants in Bangladesh are coming soon.

Will I pay in rupees or taka?

The base price is $44 USD. Check the final currency and total before paying. Your bank may apply its own fees. We do not show estimated conversions.

Where do I sign up?

Preparation and document-check buttons open the secure application entry. Sign in or create an account there, then choose document review or an interview package. Existing signed-in users follow the app's own landing flow.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds apply to verified service or billing failures. We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind or do not like the product when it works as described. If a genuine failure cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund applies to the affected service. Read our Refund Policy at visaprepper.com/refund-policy, or contact [email protected]. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

What about privacy?

Share only what you need for practice. Do not send visa documents through the partner form. Read our Privacy Policy for data use and deletion requests.
